Pavilion Glamping

The Pavilion is our larger glamping unit located in 'Long Meadow' which is a lovely area with the woods as a back-drop. It provides the perfect base to explore the Wye Valley and has the following features: 

  • Sleeps up to 5 people (two adults and three children)
  • Double bed, a single bed and a bunk bed (no bedding or pillows provided)
  • TV/DVD player
  • Kettle
  • Heater
  • Indoor and outdoor lighting
  • Double doors open onto a decking area with a picnic bench
  • Located near to the heated toilet and shower facilities

BOOKED DATES CAN BE ALTERED IF YOU GIVE 72 HOURS NOTICE BEFORE ARRIVAL DATE.
Please note: this can only be moved to alternative dates in the CURRENT SEASON (2019) and subject to availability.

The Pavilion is available from 2.00 pm and check-in is until 6.00 pm. If you are planning on arriving after this time, please contact the office on 01432 870213 to make arrangements.

The Pavilion must be vacated by 10.30 am.

The Pavilion contains the following:

Double, single and bunk bed frames with mattresses, TV and DVD Player, Heater, Kettle, internal and external Lighting, Plug Sockets and an Outdoor Picnic Bench.

(You will need to provide the following items yourself: bedding, pillows, towels, tea towels, cooking equipment, cutlery, plates, cups, etc.).

Please DO NOT move furniture around in the Pavilion.
Also DO NOT cover or obstruct the electric heaters at any time.

Any damage or breakages must be reported to reception straight away.

Children must not be left unattended in any hire accommodation at any time.

Cooking is strictly NOT permitted in the Pavilion at any time.

PLEASE BE AWARE, we are a family friendly park and do not accept stag/hen parties or any single sex parties.

Please remember to bring a torch - 'Lucksall Park' is in an 'Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty' and 'SSS's I' - 'DARK ZONE'.

WE DO NOT ALLOW THE USE OF FIRE PITS, CAMPFIRES OR THE BURNING OF WOOD.

PLEASE BE AWARE: the River Wye is renowned for being fast flowing with undercurrents. Caution should be observed at all times (ESPECIALLY WITH CHILDREN) regarding the river, which flows on the boundary of the park and also the nature pool which is strictly off limits.
