Coronavirus (COVID-19)

We look forward to welcoming you all back very soon, however across all our Holiday Parks some things are going to be different for a while. We have introduced Covid-19 safety procedures for the benefit of our local communities, Guests and our staff as this is of paramount importance to us. We are grateful for your understanding and cooperation in these difficult times.

The recent statement by our Government on the gradual easing of the current lockdown restrictions is welcome news.  We are working with the assumption we will be open from 12th April 2021 but please note: these dates may be subject to change depending on future updates from our Government.

We ask if you or anyone in your household are displaying any symptoms of Covid-19 you must not travel to us. If you have a booking you must call reception to postpone your visit. Anyone arriving at our Park feels unwell or has symptoms will be refused entry and will have to return home immediately along with members of their household.

You will be free to enjoy your stay at the Holiday Park provided that you observe the Government social distancing guidance that is in place at the time of your Holiday. You should also practice good hygiene and cleaning procedures just as you would at home. One-way systems may be used in some areas of the park to ensure social distancing can be complied with. For example, this may apply to ‘The Walk’ pathway.

The toilet / shower facility blocks- closed until further notice until at least 17th May when they are able to re-open but due to the risks associated with using communal blocks we strongly recommend you use your own facilities where possible. When using our toilet/shower blocks please pay careful attention to signage and markings

Hot and cold water will be available, but we will ask guests to use them one at a time and clean the taps before and after use.

The Shop / Reception please follow signage and marks. Hand sanitiser must be used before and after entering building. Please wear a face mask or face cover.

The Riverside Bar & Eatery - currently closed until 2021 season
