We look forward to welcoming you all back very soon, however across all our Holiday Parks some things are going to be different for a while. We have introduced Covid-19 safety procedures for the benefit of our local communities, Guests and our staff as this is of paramount importance to us. We are grateful for your understanding and cooperation in these difficult times.
The recent statement by our Government on the gradual easing of the current lockdown restrictions is welcome news. However, the Government advice does not currently give a firm date that Touring and Holiday Home Parks are able to re-open and is conditional on further progress being made. We are working with the assumption we will be open early July but please note: these dates may be subject to change depending on future updates from our Government.
We ask if you or anyone in your household are displaying any symptoms of Covid-19 you must not travel to us. If you have a booking you must call reception to postpone your visit. Anyone arriving at our Park feels unwell or has symptoms will be refused entry and will have to return home immediately along with members of their household.
You will be free to enjoy your stay at the Holiday Park provided that you observe the Government social distancing guidance that is in place at the time of your Holiday. You should also practice good hygiene and cleaning procedures just as you would at home. One-way systems may be used in some areas of the park to ensure social distancing can be complied with. For example, this may apply to ‘The Walk’ pathway.
The toilet / shower facility blocks if they are to remain closed for the foreseeable future Guests will be asked to used their own facilities in their own unit for the duration of their stay. We would advise that you bring your own PPE to use whilst servicing the facilities of your own unit.
Hot and cold water will be available, but we will ask guests to use them one at a time and clean the taps before and after use.
The Shop / Reception there will be a notice displayed with opening times etc, we ask you follow all notices and guidance that is displayed. The Public are not permitted to enter the building there will be a cordoned off area in front of the building, but you will be able to converse. We will be able to sell you items from the shop a member of our team will assist with any items or enquiries you have from a social distance.
